Focusing on the performance evaluating and the design of tripropellant injector , adopting the cold test rig with background pressure supply , malvem particle analyzer , ccd photography system , tripropellant hot test - bed , numerical simulation software and auxiliary theoretical a nalysis , the d ischarge c haracteristic a s w ell a s a tomization p erformance o f the injector and the combustion performance as well as the mode - transition characteristic of thrust chamber are studied detailedly based on the 3 different structures of coaxial tripropellant injector , large numbers of important conclusions are gained 本文圍繞三組元噴嘴的性能評定及設(shè)計方法。采用反壓冷試臺、馬爾文測粒儀、 ccd高速攝影系統(tǒng)、三組元發(fā)動機熱態(tài)試驗臺、數(shù)值仿真程序及輔助理論分析等多種技術(shù)手段和研究方法,對三種結(jié)構(gòu)的同軸式三組元噴嘴深入進行了噴嘴流量特性和霧化特性、推力室燃燒性能和轉(zhuǎn)工況性能研究,得到了大量重要結(jié)果。
By means of sem , tem , laser scattered particle analyzer , etc . , the formation mechanism of ultrafine sio2 particle was studied . it was found that at the initial stage , the sio2 particle consisted of some minicrystal , but after the initial stage the sio2 particle was formed by some soluble aggregated substance growing on the surface of the early particle 運用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、激光粒度分析儀等檢測手段,探討了體系中超細二氧化硅顆粒的形成機理和過程,指出超細二氧化硅粒子前期是由體系中的微晶核組成,中后期則由體系中的可溶性縮合物在其表面生長而成。
